This oil is made with a larger ratio of green olives, hand-picked in the very first week of the harvest season. This gives the oil a wonderful peppery & grassy flavour, which makes it the perfect oil to stand alone or to add and richness to cold foods, salads, vegetables and pasta. All of our olives are sustainably grown and hand-picked.
The minimum order quantity for our 500mL bottles of Tierney Lane Early Harvest olive oil is 6 bottles.
